Cancellation Policy

According to Austrian hotel regulations, the following cancellation fees are charged in the event of cancellation:
Up to 3 months before arrival: no charge
Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of basis booked
Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of basis booked
And in the final week before arrival: 90% of the basis booked
In the event of early departure: 100% of nights booked

Jurisdiction is Bludenz.

The cancellation fee will not be charged for the nights we are able to re-let your room(s).
