For example, our sommelier, Jörg (who's been looking after our guests for more than 12 years), usually knows after the very first evening which wines he'll recommend to you. We realise that the food you eat on your holiday is very important. That is why the kitchen team, headed by Markus Mathis, places great emphasis on exclusive, balanced cuisine –bearing in mind the fact that our guests are holidaying in Austria and would like to try Austrian dishes as well as international ones. So the half-board menu features an Austrian classic showcasing our homeland’s delicious cuisine each and every day. We also offer a daily option for our vegetarian guests.
After a morning of skiing, you can regain your strength at our afternoon cake buffet. When in Austria, it's a good idea to order a cappuccino to go with your dessert – a custom familiar far beyond the Arlberg mountains. Later you can watch the sun set from our terrace whilst enjoying a special aperitif.
