This is indeed something very special. Where others first have to find their way up in a cable-car, in Lech at an altitude of 1,445 m, you’re already right in the middle of the wild and romantic mountain world of the Austrian Alps. Straight from the hotel, you can start the most beautiful hikes leading to majestic mountains, blooming alpine meadows, thundering torrents or quiet little mountain lakes. Be it just a pleasant walk or a hike high up in the Alps - there is always something to discover for everybody. Especially the guided hikes with Georg are always well remembered by the guests of the Austria.

Can be borrowed free-of-charge. Please let us know early, that we can reserve your Bike, since the demand is often very high. |

Laundry service
There is a laundry-bag in your room for any clothes to be washed. Dry cleaning: twice a week, prices on request. |

Babysitter
On request we are pleased to organise a private babysitter (EUR 12,-- per hour/1 child, EUR 5,--/per hour for each additional child, from Midnight on, there will be a night charge of EUR 18,-- per hour). |
Newspapers
On arrival, you are welcome to order your desired newspaper through us. Every morning our caretaker will get these papers (subject to availability) from the local kiosk. You will be charged official newspaper prices only. |

Solarium
The jetons (one jeton = 20 minutes) for a "seamless tan“ can be obtained at the reception for EUR 7,--.
If you buy 5 jetons, you will get one jeton free-of-charge. We have got an “Ideal Life Sun” solarium. |

Travel cancellation Insurance
As a special service you can arrange a "hogast" travel and holiday cancellation insurance with us, further details on enquiry. If you have to cancel an existing eservation, we cant avoid placing an invoice for 80% from the reservation. |
