Placidity...means pure relaxation, a new awareness of the needs of your body and gathering strength. And you can get all this in the new Wellness-Area of the Austria Hotel: relax in the whirlpool and allow yourself to be massaged, open the pores of your skin in the hot, but dry Finnish Sauna, relax all your muscles in the Bio-Sauna, in the steam bath with the high humidity really purge all the poison out of your body, the salt-water bath with its finely vaporized salt solution stimulates the cardiovascular system or nurse body and soul with the gentle radiation heat and essential oils in our Laconium. ”Here I am a human being, here I can be one“. To be in harmony with yourself, in this adult only nude bathing area. After a sojourn in one of our five different saunas, you can look forward to the relax deck with pleasant background music. All those who take the saying on the entrance door “Only the silent can hear themselves” to their hearts will discover remarkable things in themselves. And those of a more intrepid nature can of course follow the Scandinavian tradition and promote the circulation in the cold chamber after the sauna. After walking through the cold water on a gravel bed you will be reminded of foot reflexology.
Our SWIMMING POOL and WHIRLPOOL (pictures down below) are still open for all our guests. The new REVITALIUM however, is a nude bathing area for adults only, with separate entrance.
SWEATING IN COMFORT:
FINNISH SAUNA The original from the far north. Hot (80 - 90° C) but only 10 % Humidity. That opens the pores and cleans the skin.
BIOLOGICAL SAUNA The gentle variation of the finnish sauna. Especially women appreciate the "moderate" Temperature of 60 - 70° C with 40 % Humidity. That relaxes the muscular system, stimulates the heart lightly and promotes the blood circulation.
STEAM BATH Even in former times the romans appreciated the combination of mild radiation heat and high humidity in their caldarium. At approximately 42 - 45° C the body is really purified.
SALTWATER BATH The vaporized salt solution in the air is a real treat for your skin. At 40 - 45° C it widens the blood vessels and promotes blood circulation. It stimulates the muscular and circulatory system.
LACONIUM During the 30 to 60-minutes in the lakonium at 40 - 45° C the healthy and gentle radiation heat penetrates deep into the body. Relaxing music, essential Oils and the positive effects of rose-quartz will help you to achieve a sense of harmonious wellbeing.
