Working in the Austria
This can be quite demanding – especially during the high season we all need good nerves. But the family atmosphere, within a team that works very well together, gives everybody the good feeling of not being left alone in tricky situations. A lot of our guests have spent their holidays with us for many years (if not decades) that’s why we meet each other here, not as customer and supplier, but as a host and an old friend, who has just come to see us. And those who bear all this in mind can gain a lot of work experience at the Austria, which is more than pure professional skills. To work in a place where people from all over the world are on “vacation”, is in fact best described as a “vocation”, and of course such “personalities” will get all possible support that they need and will be promoted.

During the winter season there are 32 employees working behind the scene for the well-being of our guests. In summer, we have a team of 12 people. All employees live in well-equipped staff quarters, right opposite the hotel.
