In order to secure your reservation, we ask that you send us a written acknowledgement within receiving your booking confirmation, a deposit and information if you would like to book a cancellation insurance.
In order to secure your reservation, we ask with receiving of our confirmation, that you make a deposit amounting to 25% of the booked accommodations. The following payment methods are available:
We have shortened the free cancellation period for winter 21/22 to 30 days prior to arrival due to the current situation, this also applies to all existing bookings (Updated on 11/30/21).
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged according to Austrian hotel regulations:

In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
In order to avoid any inconveniences in the case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy, unless you already have insurance that covers this. We are happy to offer you „Hotelstorno Plus“ from Europäische Reiseversicherung. This also covers covid infections as well as quarantine cases. On request as well as with each booking and also here you will get more information. We ask you to let us know directly with your reconfirmation if we should book the insurance for you.
We will be happy to accept cash (euros), EC cards from Austria, Germany and the Netherlands, and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa).
Your room/apartment will be ready for check-in at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate your room/ apartment by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
