In addition to the different saunas, our wellness area offers an opportunity to tune down and regenerate. A good place to enjoy full relaxation is for example the whirlpool and solarium. The blood circulation is stimulated again, if you visit the cold-air room after having enjoyed a steam bath in the sauna. Cooling off is even more beneficial, when using the foot-basin on our terrace.
STEAM BATH (40 – 45 °C)
The benefit of high humidity together with mild radiant heat was recognized already in Roman Caldaria (thermal baths). At around 40 - 45 ° C, your body is purified; the respiratory organs as well as the skin and hair are revitalized. After about 15 minutes in the steam bath you should allow your body about 30 minutes of rest and relaxation.
COLD AIR ROOM
After the hot sauna or whirlpool, it feels good to cool your body. Our cold air room is equipped with Kneipp foot basin to stimulate your circulation and has access to the terrace.
INFRARED-BRINE-LACONIUM (40 – 45 °C)
Fine brine mist surrounds you in a cozy atmosphere, surrounded by walls made of salt stones. Feel the soothing warmth of the ergonomically shaped loungers and the warmth of the infrared full-spectrum radiator. The warmth of the full-spectrum infrared heaters increases your physical and mental well-being. Inhaling the brine nebula has a positive influence on chronic infections of the respiratory tract or allergies, it strengthens the immune system and prevents colds.
SOLE GROTTE - HALOTHERAPY (35 – 45 °C)
Atomized sea salts as well as essential eucalyptus and mint extracts clean and maintain the airways at approx. 35 - 45 ° C. The special brine and steam technology (operated by the push button SOLE), combined with the radiant heat of the cabin, ensures a climate which corresponds to a stay at the sea! Approx. 15 minutes should be the length of stay.
MASSAGES & BATHS
Our masseurs are available daily. In addition to treatments in our floating bed, we offer numerous massages from classical full-body massage to lymph drainage to foot reflexology.
