Vacation for parents and their little ones
As enthusiastic parents of two children, we decided a few years ago to turn our house into a family-friendly hotel. We have had wonderful moments with our children on our own trips; nevertheless, there were times when the children wanted to be among their peers and we parents wanted to enjoy a “time out”. We wanted to give this kind of support to all parents who spend their “best time of the year” with us.
The mountain world in Lech – a big playgroung! An unique, giant playground waiting to be discovered and opportunities abound.
TEDDY CLUB
Holidaying with children is wonderful – but it can be quite exhausting at times. The little ones as well as the adults sometimes prefer to spend some time with their peers. We are happy to help!
Your children (aged three and above) are in the best hands with us, and best of all, there is no fee! A trained kindergarten teacher takes care of our little guests in the Teddy Club.
And the best thing about it: For our guests this service is free of charge!
In summer, games in our garden on our large children’s playground or an excursion to the adventure playground in the village are on the plan, or you learn a lot of interesting things about the animals and plants in the mountains during a walk.
In winter, however, we sometimes build a snowman outside (which usually ends in a snowball fight) or go tobogganing.
The age-appropriate indoor program is also often individually designed, fun community games and crafts of all kinds invite you to participate.

For 6 days/week – our child carer always has one day off per week.

Kids Dinner
You can choose whether your little ones will have dinner at 06:30 pm in the Teddy Club or the whole family eats together in the restaurant.
Our little guests should always behave like “small adults” when in the dining room. It is important to us that all guests – even singles or couples who spend their holidays without children – can relax and enjoy a nice dinner.
Kids Cinema
In the evening, our little Austria guests can chose whether they would like to read or do crafts at the Teddy Club, or whether they would just like to chill out watching some fun movies (starting 07.30 pm) in the cinema.
There is something exciting for each one of them and they can do what they like best.
Baby Equipment
- Baby joggers and sleds can be rented without charge at the hotel.
- Equipment for the room (baby bed, changing mat, nappy bucket, high chair, etc.) are also provided free of charge in the room (please let us know what you need when making reservations).
Babysitter Service
Babysitters can only be booked through an external agency. We kindly ask you to make all arrangements (e.g. changes to appointments, times, invoices or other agreements) directly with the agency, our hotel won’t do the organisation.
Please note that payment must also be made in cash and directly to the babysitter. It is not possible to make payments through the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Teens
There is always something cool to do for our teens.
During the day and especially in the evening, they can spend time in the new youth club playing billiard, table football, Playstation, enjoy the chill-out corner etc.
An extra pool for kids
Of course, we have also thought of our little water lovers.
In their own separate adventure pool with waterfall, they can splash and frolic to their heart’s content.
And in the adjacent baby pool, the little ones can also enjoy the refreshingly cool water.
