LOCATION IN LECH
Winter
Your future holiday home is located in a quiet central location next to the cross-country skiing trail and hiking trails! The town centre is in a five-minute walking distance. To get down to the ski lifts you can put on your skis directly in front of the hotel.
To make it easier for our children to get to and from the children’s ski school (on request also to the kindergarten), there is our Teddy-Express. The train is running in the morning from Sunday to Friday between 9.20 and 9.40 o’clock and in the afternoon between 14.50 and 15.10 o’clock constantly between the hotel and the skischool meeting point.
Summer
The Hotel Austria is located in the quiet part of Lech called Omesberg on a small elevation near the town center and the main street, but still central. As we are at the end of a street our spacious garden and children’s playground is an Eldorado for all ages. The hiking trails start right outside the front door, and the Lechweg leads directly past the hotel. The nearest hiking bus stops are only a 5-minute walk away.

One free parking space per room or apartment in our own video-monitored underground garage is available to you during your stay. Your luggage is conveniently transported directly from the garage to your room by elevator, whatever the weather.
Parking an additional car in our underground garage is only possible on request and subject to availability.

COMING FROM INNSBRUCK
A12 Inntalautobahn, then S16 direction Arlberg, to Landeck follow direction “Arlberg Pass” (do not go through the tunnel), exit Arlbergpass, St. Anton, St. Christoph, after the pass right Lech, Flexenpassstraße, Zürs, Lech.
COMING FROM BREGENZ
A14 Rheintalautobahn, after Bludenz direction “Arlberg-Pass” (not through the Arlberg Tunnel), exit Arlbergpass, Langen am Arlberg, Stuben, at the pass left Lech, Flexenpassstraße, Zürs, Lech.
IN LECH
After about 100 meters after the sign for Lech, take the first road to the left in the direction of Omesberg, then turn right again and straight ahead – the road leads directly to the hotel Austria. Address for the navigation device: Omesberg 287, 6764 Lech am Arlberg.

The driver will pick you up in the arrivals hall with a name sign. The duration of the taxi drive constitutes an approximate time from the airport to the hotel.

RESERVATION INFORMATION
Securing Reservations
In order to secure your reservation, we ask that you send us a written acknowledgement within receiving your booking confirmation, a deposit and information if you would like to book a cancellation insurance.
Deposit
In order to secure your reservation, we ask with receiving of our confirmation, that you make a deposit amounting to 25% of the booked accommodations. The following payment methods are available:
- Bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Lech
IBAN: AT90 3744 9000 0001 2831, SWIFT: RVVGAT2B449 - Using the link in your confirmation for direct payment with credit card (MasterCard or Visa), bankcard or bank transfer
The deposit will be refunded to you if you cancel within the free cancellation period, minus a processing fee of EUR 30.00.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation for bookings in summer 2024, the following cancellation fees will be charged according to Austrian hotel regulations:
- up to 30 days before arrival at the latest: no fee
- up to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement
- and in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the booked arrangement
- in case of early departure: 100 % of the booked nights
In case of cancellation of a booking in the pre-season in winter 2024/2025 (06.12.-13.12.2024) the following reduced cancellation fees will be charged:
- up to 10 days before arrival at the latest: no fee
- up to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement
- in case of later cancellation: 90 % of the booked arrangement
- in case of no show and early departure: 100 % of the booked nights
In case of cancellation for bookings during the winter season, the following cancellation fees will be charged according to Austrian hotel regulations:
- up to 90 days before arrival at the latest: no fee
- up to 30 days before arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement
- up to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement
- and in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the booked arrangement
- in case of early departure: 100 % of the booked nights
The cancellation fee shall not apply for nights that are rebooked. Court of Jurisdiction: Bludenz
Travel Cancellation Insurance
In order to avoid any inconveniences in the case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy, unless you already have insurance that covers this. We are happy to offer you „Hotelstorno Plus“ from Europäische Reiseversicherung. This also covers covid infections as well as quarantine cases. On request as well as with each booking and also here you will get more information. We ask you to let us know directly with your reconfirmation if we should book the insurance for you.
Payment Options
We will be happy to accept cash (euros), EC cards from Austria, Germany and the Netherlands, and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). A surcharge of 2% will be charged for non-hotel services (ski school, babysitting, …).
Check-In / Check-Out
Your room/apartment will be ready for check-in at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
We ask that you vacate your room/ apartment by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
