Early check in / late check out
EARLY CHECK IN (before 3.00 pm)
Your booked room or flat is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm.
For an early check in between 8.00 am and 2.00 pm we offer the following:
- Breakfast until 10.00 am:
EUR 28.00 per adult
EUR 14.00 per child up to 6 years
EUR 18.00 per child 7 to 10 years
EUR 24.00 per child 11 to 13 years
Please book your table in advance. - Garage parking subject to availability – free of charge.
We kindly ask you to leave your luggage in your car. We are happy to offer you the opportunity to change in our changing rooms. - Ski passes can be issued by us on request on the day of arrival. Please ask for the ski pass order form.
LATE CHECK OUT (after 11:00 am)
Please vacate your room by 11.00 am at the latest.
For a late check out between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm we offer the following:
- Garage parking depending on availability – free of charge. We kindly ask you to load your luggage into your car. We are happy to offer you the opportunity to change in the afternoon.
- Please leave your bathrobes and bath bags in your room on the day of departure, as they are labelled with your room number. If you would like a bath bag with a bathrobe and a towel for a shower in the indoor pool or sauna area, please register this at reception. We charge EUR 20.00 per person.
- We charge EUR 10.00 per person for our cake buffet.
How far is the hotel from the centre of the village?
5 minutes walk.
How far is it to the nearest supermarket?
3 minutes walk.
3 minutes on foot -> Spar supermarket
5 minutes on foot -> Pfefferkorn’s supermarket
8 minutes’ walk -> village butcher’s shop

How do the children get from the hotel to the ski school or ski kindergarten?
The children are brought there and back with the hotel’s own shuttle “Teddy Express”.
Smaller children must be accompanied by an adult.
Teddy-Express times:
In the morning from the hotel to the Lech ski school from 09:00 to approx. 09:30 am.
In the afternoon from the Lech ski school to the hotel from 02:50 to approx. 03:20 pm.
What opportunities do children have to learn to ski in a group?
- Children from 4.5 years in the children’s ski school.
- Children from 3 years in the Lech ski kindergarten.

How do the adults get to the slopes?
The winter walking trail leads directly past the hotel.
You can use this to reach the lifts with your skis on. It is about a 10-minute walk back to the hotel.
Do you have a ski cellar in the hotel?
Yes, we have our own ski cellar in the hotel.
Each room has its own heated boot locker and a ski rack.
Is there a ski rental in the hotel?
We do not have ski rental in the hotel.
There are numerous providers in the village that are only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
They also offer a ski depot for the duration of your stay on request.
IS THE NEW NATURAL POOL ALSO OPEN IN WINTER?
No, our natural pool is not heated and is only accessible in summer.
Is there a children's area at the indoor pool?
Yes, there is a separate children’s pool. Splashing, jumping and making noise are welcome in the children’s pool.
The main pool is reserved for big and small swimmers.
Can we rent baby joggers or sledges at the hotel?
We lend baby joggers free of charge for children from approx. 10 months.
Sledges are also available free of charge. A reservation is not necessary.
From what age are children allowed in the Teddy Club?
Children from the age of 3 are welcome at any time.
Children under 3 years are welcome by appointment on site by the hour, if the number of children allows it.
What is included in the half board?
- A large breakfast buffet with cold and hot dishes.
- A cake buffet in the afternoon.
- A 6-course evening menu with a choice of dishes and salad buffet.
What dining options do you have for children?
Children from the age of 3 can either join the children’s dinner in the Teddy Club or from 18:30 h onwards with their parents in the restaurant. There is also an adapted children’s menu there.
Does the hotel offer a vegetarian menu?
We do offer a vegetarian alternative for each course. We do not have a purely vegan menu.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel and restaurant?
Dogs are allowed in some of our rooms and in our appartements.
We kindly ask for your understanding, that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant.
Which airport do you recommend and which transfer from the airport?
The nearest international airport is Zurich. There is a shuttle service from there to Lech in winter.
The nearest Austrian airport is Innsbruck.
We are happy to help you find train connections from both airports or private taxi transfers.
How can the hotel be reached by public transport?
The nearest train stations are Langen am Arlberg or St. Anton am Arlberg.
Public buses to Lech are offered from both stations.
In Lech we are happy to pick you up at the bus stop by appointment.
Where do I park my car?
In our hotel’s own underground car park, free of charge.
There is no need to reserve a space in advance.
IS THERE A CHARGING STATION FOR MY ELECTRIC CAR?
In our hotel garage there are two 11Kw charging stations for your electric car (EUR 25,00 per full charge).
Do I need my car to get around town?
With the local bus system you can get to all parts of the village without any problems.
Your car can therefore remain parked in our underground car park throughout your stay.
