APARTMENT PRICE

The apartment price is quoted without meals and is per day for max. 4 people in Euro, including daily cleaning (except kitchen – kitchen cleaning surcharge EUR 32,00 per day). Excluding local tax EUR 4,60 per person from 14 years, per day.

OVER OCCUPANCY SURCHARGE

The surcharge for each additional person in the apartment is EUR 20,00 per day without board.

FOOD CATERING OPTIONS

For an extra charge you can book breakfast or bread service, we deliver the bread directly to your apartment door in the morning.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation for bookings during summer season, the following reduced cancellation fees will be charged according to Austrian hotel regulations:

up to 30 days before arrival at the latest: no fee
up to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement
and in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the booked arrangement
in case of early departure: 100 % of the booked nights

The cancellation fee shall not apply for nights that are rebooked. Court of Jurisdiction: Bludenz
