COUNTRY HOUSE PRICE
The country house price is quoted without meals and is per day for max. 7 people in Euro, including daily cleaning (except kitchen – kitchen cleaning surcharge EUR 34,00 per day). Excluding local tax EUR 4,60 per person from 14 years, per day.
OVER OCCUPANCY SURCHARGE
The surcharge for each additional person in the apartment is EUR 32,00 per day without board.
FOOD CATERING OPTIONS

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation for bookings during winter season, the following cancellation fees will be charged according to Austrian hotel regulations:
- up to 90 days before arrival at the latest: no fee
- up to 30 days before arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement
- up to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement
- and in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the booked arrangement
- in case of early departure: 100 % of the booked nights
The cancellation fee shall not apply for nights that are rebooked. Court of Jurisdiction: Bludenz
In case of cancellation of a booking during pre-winter-season the following reduced cancellation fees will be charged:
- up to 48 hours before arrival, cancellation is free of charge
- in case of later cancellation: 90 % of the booked arrangement
- in case of no show and early departure: 100 % of the booked nights
