Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation for bookings during winter season, the following cancellation fees will be charged according to Austrian hotel regulations:

up to 90 days before arrival at the latest: no fee
up to 30 days before arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement
up to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement
and in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the booked arrangement
in case of early departure: 100 % of the booked nights

The cancellation fee shall not apply for nights that are rebooked. Court of Jurisdiction: Bludenz

In case of cancellation of a booking during pre-winter-season the following reduced cancellation fees will be charged:

up to 48 hours before arrival, cancellation is free of charge
in case of later cancellation: 90 % of the booked arrangement
in case of no show and early departure: 100 % of the booked nights
